The Center maintains your academic file. You are encouraged to come in and review your file and ask any questions you may have regarding prerequisites, general education or other requirements. Curriculum sheets and flowcharts are available to be used with the projected course offerings in determining courses for the coming quarters. Remember, it is your responsibility to meet the prerequisites for each course All forms needing program and/or departmental approval and/or advisor approval can be taken care of in the Advising Center. Information concerning the registration process and the use of the on-line phone registration (CAPTURE) system are available in the Center. If you need help, the Advising Center will help you understand the graduation writing requirement (GWR), entry level tests and other university requirements that affect your curriculum. When you need technical advice regarding technical electives, employment opportunities, advanced degrees or other items of a personal nature, feel free to see your CPE faculty advisor, or any full-time Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering faculty member.
