Credit Card Gift/Payment Instructions
How to reserve your ticket and pay for your sponsorship:
Step 1: Fill out the reservation form below and click send.
Step 2: At the next screen, please enter your credit card payment.
Step 3: You will receive two email confirmations: 1) for your reservation; and 2) for your gift/payment.
Credit Card Amount Charged: Amount: $100 (Supporting Ticket)
If you do not see your reservation and credit card gift/payment confirmations in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders. If you are still having difficulty, please contact the CPE Office at (805) 756-1229 or email cpe@calpoly.edu.
You will receive 1 Banquet Ticket for the Computer Engineering Banquet ($75 benefit/$25 gift). If you are interested in purchasing additional Supporting Tickets, please submit a new form. Banquet tickets will be generated separately and emailed to the email provided.
