How to reserve and pay for your sponsorship:

Step 1:   Fill out the reservation form below and click send.

Step 2:   Print out a copy of your email reservation confirmation.

Step 3:   Mail the confirmation email along with your check to address noted on the right.

Make your check payable to: Cal Poly.

Check Amount: $1,200 (Giga Guarantor Sponsorship)

Sponsor receives acknowledgement during door prize drawing and banquet. Sponsor also received 2 tickets for the Computer Engineering Banquet ($150 in benefits).
